Common questions
Is the free month really free?
Yes. You buy your Starlink kit and pay for your first month as normal. Once your service has been active for 30 days, Starlink adds a credit worth one month of service to your account, which comes off your next bill. You need to stay subscribed for at least two months to benefit.
Who qualifies for the free month?
New Starlink customers who order directly on starlink.com using our referral link, on a Residential or Roam plan. Existing customers, business plans and kits bought from retailers or resellers don't qualify.
Do I need to enter a referral code?
No. Our link adds the referral to your order automatically. Just make sure you complete your order in the same browser after clicking it, rather than going to starlink.com another way.
I already have Starlink. Can I still get a free month?
Not through our link, as the referral credit is for new customers only. Existing customers can share their own referral link from the Starlink app to earn credit when friends sign up.
Will Starlink work at my address?
Starlink covers the whole of the UK, but the dish needs a clear view of the sky. Enter your address on starlink.com to see which plans are available, and use the obstruction checker in the Starlink app to find a good spot.
Do you get anything if I use your link?
